The day-to-day chat experience across CRM and the widget has been overhauled. Messages now appear immediately while sending, chat cards were redesigned to surface more context in less space, and closed chats were separated into a clearer workflow.
Project editing was moved into a more coherent project flow and the project list was upgraded to a richer expandable table. Supporting fixes also improved stability around project creation and navigation.
Separate-assembly pricing behaviour has been corrected and we have also tightened how billable versus non-billable project lines are sent into Tidy1.
The 'Send-to-Tidy1' feature has been updated to fetch project items in bulk rather than one at a time to remove long transfer times on larger configured projects and reduced the wait before a project is usable.
